Tomato Tortellini Soup

* 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
* 2 cans of water
* 9 oz. pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
* 1 cup frozen peas
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese

Place all, except cheese, in crock pot. Stir well. Set on LOW for 3 hours.
Serve topped with cheese.
