Turkey Taco Soup

Servings: 8
2-3 cups diced/shredded turkey

1 large can v-8 juice

1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans

1 can (15 oz) pinto beans

1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans

1 can (15 oz) black beans

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) corn

1 package Taco seasoning mix

Mix all together and simmer for 45 minutes!! Serve with corn chips and sour cream!!
